TERMS, CONDITIONS AND POLICIES

Please arrive 5-10 mins before your scheduled
appointment. A quick client information form is
required to be completed by new clients to enable us to identify and address any health issues and to enable you to get the most from your chosen treatment. Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effects and your pleasure.

When making a booking for treatments totalling $100 or more, we require a valid credit card number to
guarantee your appointment.

If rescheduling or cancelling an appointment we require 24 hours notice. Cancelling outside these policies or
failure to attend an appointment may result in your credit card being charged or your gift voucher being redeemed (cancelled).

Please advise if you are wishing to claim your treatment (massage therapy only) on private health insurance and we will do our best to schedule your appointment with a therapist who holds a provider no.

l Gift vouchers can be purchased via credit card over the phone and sent to purchaser or recipient.
l Vouchers may be extended beyond the validity date with prior notice and extenuating circumstances.
