Shiatsu is performed on a futon mat on the floor. Loose comfortable clothing should be worn as some stretching is involved. The therapist will use fingers, thumbs, palms and feet to apply pressure along the meridians (energy lines) to encourage the smooth flow of chi (life energy). HOT STONE MASSAGE
Human touch is integrated with ancient tools of the earth as your therapist glides warmed, smooth volcanic stones across your body. The heat encourages muscles to soften and release. The stones are then placed on various points of the body. An extremely soothing full body experience.

SEA SALT BODY POLISH
This exfoliating scrub is excellent for sluggish, dull skin. Infused with geranium essential oil, it improves circulation of blood and lymph to aid toxin release. After rinsing a scented oil or lotion is applied, which leaves skin silky smooth and re-hydrated.

DETOXIFYING CLAY WRAP
Green, red, yellow, white or pink organic Australian clay and Australian active crystal-ion is selected for this wonderfully therapeutic mineral treatment. This treatment is excellent for stimulating circulation, drawing toxins, skin refining, cellulite and fluid retention. Your skin is prepared by dry-skin brushing to exfoliate and then the clay is applied. While you are cocooned and the clay does its magic, you will enjoy a soothing head massage. After rinsing, a scented oil or lotion is applied to re-hydrate.

JAVANESE LULUR
Begin this exotic treatment with a leisurely soak in the hydrotherapy spa. Your body is then coated in a mixture of rice powder, turmeric, sandalwood powder and clay. Whilst cocooned enjoy a mini-facial. After rinsing, natural yoghurt is applied to restore the pH balance of the skin. This is then followed by a full body, scented oil massage, using a variety of techniques. You are then left to soak in a fragrant, flower-filled bath. What could be more exquisite? BALINESE BOREH
This all-over deep heat experience begins with a therapeutic hydrotherapy spa bath, followed by a sauna. A herb and spice paste, containing cloves, ginger, cinnamon, rice powder, clay, sandalwood, spice blended oils and coriander seeds is then applied. While the boreh paste does its work, surrender to a heavenly head massage. After about 20 minutes the paste is rinsed off and you are then treated to a full body massage using a variety of techniques.This treatment is excellent for headaches, muscular aches, rheumatic and arthritic conditions. It also increases blood circulation and the ingredients exfoliate the skin. Includes refreshments.
