Therapist will use fingers, thumbs, palms and feet to apply pressure along the meridians (energy lines) to encourage the smooth flow of chi (life energy) . Loose comfortable clothing should be worn as some stretching is involved. Excellent for muscular tension and increasing the flow of blood and lymph. (male therapist only)

HOT STONE MASSAGE

Human touch is integrated with ancient tools of the earth as your therapist glides warmed, smooth volcanic stones across your body and also places stones on various points of body. The heat encourages muscles to soften and release. Grounding and soothing.
